Tracking troubleshooting
Resolve missing events, OAuth issues, and page permission errors.
Check the widget ID, page permissions, browser console, Supabase configuration, and ingestion route response before escalating.
Confirm the page is tracked
Open the tracked pages list and confirm the Notion page appears under the correct workspace. If the page is missing, reconnect Notion or add it during onboarding before testing the widget.
Check the embed block
The Notion page must contain the generated widget URL in an embed block. If the block was copied from another workspace or page, replace it with the correct widget URL from Widget Studio.
Test a clean visit
Open the page in a fresh browser session and watch the realtime report. Browser privacy tools, blocked third-party requests, or stale embeds can prevent a test visit from appearing immediately.
Escalate with useful details
If tracking still fails, include the workspace name, page URL, widget ID, browser, expected event, and the time of the test visit when contacting support.
