Terms of Service

The rules for using Notion Analytics, including accounts, subscriptions, acceptable use, data responsibilities, service limits, and termination.

Acceptance

By creating an account, connecting a workspace, embedding a widget, or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Accounts and workspaces

Workspace owners are responsible for access, permissions, connected integrations, tracking configuration, API keys, team members, and account security.

Subscription terms

Paid plans are billed through Stripe, renew unless canceled, and may include limits for pages, events, members, retention, exports, reports, and advanced features.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful tracking, credential abuse, spam, malware, scraping abuse, surveillance violations, reverse engineering, or platform disruption.

Customer data

You retain ownership of your workspace data. You grant us permission to process it only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

Service availability

We aim to keep the service reliable, but uptime may be affected by maintenance, provider outages, rate limits, third-party APIs, or incidents.

Integrations

Notion, Supabase, Stripe, email, AI, analytics, and webhook integrations may be subject to their own terms, limits, permissions, and availability.

Termination

You can stop using the service or cancel paid plans. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risk, non-payment, or Terms violations.

Last updated

These Terms of Service were last updated on May 30, 2026.

Legal tracking responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of analytics, widgets, cookies, consent banners, and visitor disclosures complies with laws that apply to your audience.

Billing

Payments, invoices, renewals, taxes, payment methods, failed payments, cancellations, upgrades, downgrades, and customer portal flows are handled through Stripe where available.

Plan limits

Features may be limited by plan, including tracked pages, event volume, retention, scheduled reports, team seats, white-label options, exports, integrations, and AI usage.

No sensitive tracking

Do not intentionally collect passwords, payment card data, private health data, government IDs, or other highly sensitive visitor data through analytics events or metadata.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided for analytics and reporting. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product, legal requirements, or operations change. Continued use after updates means the updated terms apply.
