Terms of Service

Welcome to Notion Analytics. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and analytics service (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing the Service, or clicking to accept these Terms, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

Notion Analytics is a Notion page analytics platform that allows you to connect your Notion workspace, select pages to track, and view real-time and historical analytics including page views, unique visitors, geographic locations, device and browser information, and engagement metrics. The Service includes a tracking widget that is embedded on tracked Notion pages, a dashboard for viewing analytics, and customization tools for the widget.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuance.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access most features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of consent in your jurisdiction)

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we believe violate these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, pose a risk to the Service or other users.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person
• Upload, embed, or distribute malware, spyware, or any malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including its servers, networks, or the tracking widget
• Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited communications, or promotional content without consent
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service, except as explicitly permitted
• Track individuals without a legitimate business purpose, or in violation of applicable privacy laws

5. Plans, Billing, and Payments

5.1 Plans

We offer the following plans. Pricing and features may change at any time; current pricing is always available on our pricing page.

• Free: 1 Notion workspace, 5 tracked pages, 10,000 page views per month, 7-day history. No cost.
• Starter: 3 Notion workspaces, 150 tracked pages, 100,000 page views per month, reaction widgets, geo analytics, watermark removal, 30-day history. $7/month (or $5/month billed annually).
• Pro: unlimited workspaces, unlimited tracked pages, unlimited page views, reaction widgets, geo analytics, watermark removal, per-page widget customization, 5 team members, priority support, unlimited history. $19/month (or $15/month billed annually).
• Founder: 3 Notion workspaces, 150 tracked pages, 100,000 page views per month, reaction widgets, geo analytics, watermark removal, 30-day history. One-time launch price of $89 (limited availability), never billed again.

5.2 Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis through Stripe, our payment processor. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Stripe to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees. You can change or cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard; changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

5.3 Free Trial

Paid plans may be offered with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial, and the trial is granted once per customer. At the end of the trial period, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

5.4 Taxes

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, including value-added tax, sales tax, and similar charges, which are the responsibility of the customer. Where required by law, taxes will be added to your invoice at the applicable rate.

5.5 Price Changes

We may change our fees at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect for existing subscribers. Price changes do not affect subscriptions already paid for in advance.

5.6 Founder (Lifetime) Deal

From time to time we may offer a limited “Founder” plan: a one-time payment that grants Starter-level features for the lifetime of the Service. Founder access is personal to your account, is not a subscription, never renews, and is only available while advertised and supplies last. The refund window in Section 6 applies to Founder purchases the same as to subscriptions.

6. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with the Service. If you are not, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase (whether that purchase is a subscription or a one-time Founder deal) provided you have not violated these Terms. After the initial 14-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time and continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

To request a refund, contact us at support@notionanalytics.app with your account email and order number. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, content, software, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and other intellectual property, is owned by Notion Analytics and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent.

You retain all rights to the content of your Notion pages. We do not claim ownership of any of your content. By connecting your Notion workspace, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access the metadata of pages you choose to track, solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Analytics data collected from your tracked pages (aggregated page views, visitor counts, geographic data, etc.) is yours. You may export it from your dashboard at any time. We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve the Service and develop new features, but this data will not identify you or your visitors.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by visiting your account settings and clicking “Delete account” or by contacting us at support@notionanalytics.app. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be disabled and your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms, if your account is inactive for more than 12 months, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that analytics data will be accurate or complete. We may rely on third-party services (Notion, Stripe, Supabase, Resend) for portions of the Service and cannot guarantee their availability or performance. You use the Service at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Notion Analytics, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Notion Analytics, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights; or (d) your violation of any applicable law.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Delaware.

You agree that any claim must be brought in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. For material changes that affect your rights or obligations, we will provide notice by email or by displaying a prominent notice in the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Notion Analytics with respect to the Service, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written.
