Workspace owners are responsible for ensuring invited members use the service in line with these terms.

Paid plans renew according to the selected billing cadence unless canceled before renewal. Trials, upgrades, downgrades, and refunds follow the policies shown in the billing experience.

We aim for high reliability and transparent incident communication, but availability can be affected by maintenance, third-party providers, or force majeure events.
