Invite teammates with the correct level of access to each workspace.
Use least privilege by default
Workspace members should only receive the permissions needed for their role. Owners manage billing and security settings, admins handle configuration, and analysts or viewers focus on reporting.
Invite by workflow
The cleanest way to keep permissions understandable is to invite people based on the work they actually do. Reporting consumers rarely need settings access, and configuration owners do not need admin access across every workspace.
