Pick a reporting cadence that matches the workflow
Operational teams usually prefer daily snapshots for anomaly monitoring, while leadership and content teams often work better with weekly digests. Choose the shortest cadence that still drives action.
Use exports for handoff, not for everything
Scheduled exports are ideal for distribution and archival, but teams doing continuous analysis should still use the dashboard or API directly so they can drill into the underlying reports when something changes.
